AI Transparency
Last updated: July 2026
The single AI feature in OMEMRA today is the guest cartoon. When a host enables it on a board, a guest's uploaded photo is turned into a stylised cartoon portrait that appears on the board's live wall alongside their caption.
AI is not used to moderate photos, rank captions, generate text on behalf of guests, or profile anyone.
Every board has an Allow AI cartoons toggle in its settings. Turning it off means new guest posts skip the AI step and appear as regular photos. Cartoons already generated remain until you delete them.
Each board also has a fixed pool of prepaid AI credits based on your plan. Once the pool is empty, guests can still post photos — they just won't be cartoonified.
The following are not allowed on OMEMRA boards, and may be removed without notice:
Hosts are responsible for the boards they run and for setting expectations with their guests. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
To report abusive content, a privacy violation, or a security issue, email info@omemra.com. Include the board URL and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days.
Generative AI models occasionally produce unexpected results — distorted faces, missing details, or a style that doesn't match the source photo. If a cartoon looks wrong, hosts and the original guest can delete it, and if credits are available, request a new one.
